But behind the scenes, The Blushes Collective is the umbrella under which we create dynamic environments where people come to flourish. Purposeful creation of happiness for our clients and our teams by changing the way we experience hair.

However, The Blushes Collective signifies more than just a new brand or website - the changes made are industry-changing developments that have been a year in the making. The changes are a result of time spent surveying our teams and clients, honestly reflecting on our business as it stood and the direction society and the industry was moving as a whole.

It’s... An industry-changing Training Academy

Our revolutionary approach is designed to be inclusive of any age, circumstance and career path so far. You can now re-shape your future in hairdressing 6 times faster than anywhere else in the UK. 

Taking a 360 pivot on the previous timeline of training. Our training academy will now be running full time to allow our apprentice’s to be salon-floor ready within 6 months, not 3 years.  

It’s...Flexible Employment Opportunities

With the ever-evolving landscape of employment, we wanted to bridge the divide between self-employed and employed stylists. 

As one community, Blushes now offers multi-employment options to existing and new members of our teams. This flexible and dynamic approach allows us to meet the different needs of people’s careers, all under one roof.

Success to everyone looks so different so we want to focus on supporting a variety of career paths, in whatever shape they might take. 

We want to nurture the ambitions of our teams and believe everyone deserves the opportunity to step into and explore new possibilities within the same business.

We’re changing the narrative and taking a contemporary approach to management - we want to get the best out of our people and we know micromanaging isn’t the way to do that. 

We’re stepping into a more modern working culture to enable and empower our teams by adapting to a coaching style - this means sharing both professional and personal goals with each individual rather than dictating them.
