Winners: Salon Group of the Year 2021

Previously won by Toni and Guy UK, The Fellowship for British Hairdressing awards The Blushes Collective, Salon Group of the Year.

A panel of judges reviewed entrants based on client experience, problem solving, sustainability and how we motivate and educate our team.

One of our core values is to be a Team Player: We work as individuals but above all else, we are a TEAM.

So, this is the most amazing way to acknowledge and congratulate everyone's hard work at The Blushes Collective.

The award was presented at a glittering lunch at The Londoner in the heart of London’s Leicester Square, to Managing Director, Dominic Blake, who said:

“We’re delighted to win this award, beating some of the best hairdressing groups in the industry. The past 18 months have been challenging, but our team have embraced all the changes that we have had to go through and continued to provide our signature Blushes Feeling, in a professional and fun environment, for our clients.” 

 The Awards Luncheon, which saw more than 400 hairdressers come together to celebrate the very best of British hairdressing, business acumen and creativity, also celebrated its 75th anniversary, as well as the future of the industry. Fellowship President Ken Picton designed the last 18 months as “we have faced the worst, but come out as the best.”

He described the winning group as having shown resilience, sustainable practises and a solid team and great working environment. 

The Fellowship focuses on promoting artistic and creative quality, and providing support for future hairdressing talent keen to make their own mark in the industry and we’re beyond proud to have been awarded this accolade by them.
