CANCELLATION POLICY.

Since launching Co-working we've had an incredible uptake of super talented stylists join us, and with that in mind, we've made the decision to amend our Cancellation Policy in order to safeguard our Freelance Stylists.

As you may already know, we send out confirmation & reminder texts/emails prior to your appointment, these will now be sent out 72 hours in advance, you can respond to these if you need to cancel or rearrange - things happen, we totally get that - or give our reception team a buzz and they'll be more than happy to help.

*Updated on 4th April 2023*

From the 11/10/2022, it will now be mandatory for our reception teams to take card details to add to your client profile upon booking either online/in person/on the telephone or upon completion of your appointment, these will be securely stored by our software provider Zenoti in accordance with GDPR guidelines. More details on Zenoti’s Data Privacy & Security statement.

Cancelling on short notice

  • Appointments cancelled between 48-24 hours notice, will result in an automatic charge of 50% of the appointment.

  • If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend your appointment then you will be charged the full appointment value.

Rescheduling appointments

Appointments cancelled, but requested to be moved to a later date will still fall under the relevant charges depending on the time at which it’s cancelled.

Due to the high demand for appointments, we want to ensure maximum availability for our clients, whilst also looking after our stylists in the current climate.
